Restoring the settings to the initial state

If no sound is heard from one side of the headset or the headset cannot be connected, deleting the user data or restoring the settings of the headset to the initial state may solve the problem.

Information of all the paired devices will be deleted (initialized). Perform pairing again from the start.

Start by deleting the registration information of this unit from the BLUETOOTH setting on the BLUETOOTH device.

Deleting User Data

1Press the button on both the headsets to turn off the power.

2Press and hold the button on both the L and R headsets. When the buttons are pressed and held down for 10 seconds or longer, the indicators will light up in green for 10 seconds. Release your fingers from the button while the green light is on.

3After a while, the L and R indicators will start flashing in green. The power of both the L and R headsets will then turn off.

User data that is configured in the Smart Headsets app and connection information of all devices that have been paired so far will be initialized.

If doing so does not solve the problem, perform the following steps.

Full Reset

1Press the button on both the headsets to turn off the power.

2Press and hold the buttons on both the L and R headsets for 20 seconds or longer. The color of the indicators will start to change at first, but after you have held it down for 20 seconds or longer, and the indicators start to flash alternately and quickly in red and blue (for WS-A1) or red and green (for WS-A1G), release your fingers from the two buttons at the same time.

3The indicators switch to flash in a light blue color. Once it starts flashing, press both the L and R buttons twice quickly. After a while, the R indicator starts to flash slowly in red and the L indicator starts to flash quickly and alternately in red and white.

The headset is now reset to the factory default state and is ready for pairing with other devices. Pairing (Registering a device)

Ensure that the L and R headsets are close to each other when restoring the headsets to the initial state.
