Unable to charge.

The AC input or DC input is not connected correctly.

Check the connection cables, ensuring they are fully seated, and firmly attached.

Charging has stopped because the internal temperature is high or low.

Charge in a place within the charging temperature range of this unit (0 °C to 40 °C (32 °F to 104 °F)).

Use this unit after the warning indication is cleared.

Unable to supply power.

The remaining battery power is 0 %.

Charge the unit using the supplied/recommended charging devices.

The power exceeds the rated value.

Connect a device that has a rated power less than that of this unit (700 W). Estimate of Run/Charge times

Note: In some cases, even if the rated power consumption of the connected device is less than the rated output power of this unit, additional consumption of power may be required to start-up a motor driven device, or a device featuring a heat source.
Use equipment with sufficient margin relative to the rating of this unit.

Supplying of power has stopped because the internal temperature is high or low.

Charge in a place within the operating temperature range of this unit (-10 °C to 40 °C (14 °F to 104 °F)).

Use this unit after the warning indication is cleared.

The fan is activated.

Auto Function.

It is not a malfunction. The fan operates automatically depending on the operating status and internal temperature of this unit.

The remaining battery power is not displayed accurately.
(Even if charging is completed, it does not reach 100 %, etc.)

Inconsistent internal data.

  1. Connect the device to the AC output and supply power until it automatically stops.

  2. Charge this unit until it stops automatically
