About audio operations

Radio reception is poor.

1. The car antenna is not extended.
2. Pull out the antenna all the way.
2. The antenna control wire is not connected.
3. Connect the wire correctly. See Connecting the system and external components.

Cannot select a folder.

1. The random play function is enabled.
2. Turn off the random function.

The unit does not respond when you try to perform a operation during USB mirroring.

1. A connector is not properly connected.
2. Unplug the smartphone from the USB terminal, then reattach the smartphone again.
