Connect iPhone
Wired connection
Preparation
- Connect an iPhone with the USB cable while Apple CarPlay is not connected.
- With an iPhone compatible with Apple CarPlay, turn off Apple CarPlay by operating the iPhone at functional setup before connecting iPhone. For details of the setup method, contact the manufacturer of the terminal.
- Only one iPhone can be connected.
- Depending on the iPhone connector, use a genuine Apple Lightning-USB cable or a USB-IF certified USB-C® to USB-A USB cable. If you use non-certified cable, it may not work properly.

- Touch [iPhone]. Select the playback source
To disconnect the iPhone connected with the cable:
- Detach the iPhone.
Bluetooth connection
Pair the iPhone through Bluetooth.
Preparation
- To connect an iPhone via Bluetooth, register it as a Bluetooth device and do the profile setting for the connection beforehand. See Register the Bluetooth device and Switch the connected device.
- Connect an iPhone via Bluetooth while Apple CarPlay and an iPhone are not connected via USB.
- With an iPhone compatible with Apple CarPlay, turn off Apple CarPlay by operating the iPhone at functional setup before connecting iPhone. For details of the setup method, contact the manufacturer of the terminal.

- [Bluetooth] (Default): Output sound using a Bluetooth device.
- [Bluetooth+HDMI]: Output sound using an HDMI device and perform music selection, etc. using a Bluetooth device.
