Key Assignment Setup

You can set key assignment parameters.

  1. KW-Z1001W/KW-Z1000AW
    Press the button.
    KW-Z800AW
    Touch at the top of the screen.
    Touch HOME on the popup menu.
  2. HOME screen appears.
  3. Touch .
  4. Touch [SETUP].
  5. SETUP Menu screen appears.
  6. Touch [Key Assignment].
  7. Key Assignment setting menu appears.
  8. Set each parameter as follows.

[Favorite Customize]

Select the function which you wish to set for [Favorite] icon. Customize Favorite key

[Customize FNC Menu]

Select the function which you wish to set for the function key1 to 3. Customize popup menu functions

[DISP Key]

Select the source screen displayed when in the popup menu screen is touched.

  1. [OFF]: Displays the control screen of the current source.
  2. [Mirroring] (Default): Switches to the App screen from the connected iPhone or Android smartphone or to the Apple CarPlay screen from the connected iPhone when the key is touched. APPS
